Dr Andrei Nae is Lecturer at the University of Bucharest where he teaches 20th-century English literature and game studies. Since 2019 he has been the manager and principal investigator of the research project "Colonial Discourse in Video Games" financed by the Executive Unit for Financing Higher Education, Research, Development and Innovation (UEFISCDI). Andrei Nae has published several books, chapters, and articles including the monograph Immersion, Narrative, and Gender Crisis in Survival Horror Video Games released by Routledge in 2021.
